Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
